For items worth Rs 10,000 and below, we charge a delivery and handling fee of Rs. 300

For items worth above Rs 10,000, we charge a delivery and handling fee of Rs. 500

Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it in 1-2 business days (except public holidays). Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you for the same and you can track your order on our delivery partner’s website.

• Cash on Delivery: We offer cash on delivery services in most cities nationwide.
• Credit Card/ Debit Card: We accept all major cards VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We assure you that your card details will only be used to process secure transactions.
• Bank Transfer: You can get in touch with our Customer Care Executives to assist you in carrying out a Bank Transfer by sharing all required details.
• Cheque: In case of a cheque payment, we will only release the item from our end once the cheque has been honored by the bank. This process might take up to 3-4 days. The cheque will be made in favor of M/S Sufford Luxury Services. You will be charged an extra fee of Rs 300 if the cheque gets picked up by our team.
